We are currently hiring interns for our office in the Dubai International Financial Centre. If you're a college student seeking an internship in business development in Dubai that puts you in touch with real clients, this is the opportunity for you.
Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited (BMB) is a DIFC-registered performance marketing agency. We aid high-end service companies in increasing their revenues by using AI-powered audience-targeting, paid media, and search ranking. The clients we serve include beauty clinics, top restaurants, luxury real estate companies, and professional service firms throughout the UAE.
This isn't an internship that requires you to sit in meetings and make notes. You will be working. You'll build lists of prospects that are used to create real-time outreach efforts. You'll write sections for audit that are placed on the desks of clients. You'll learn about tools that the majority of people of your age have not even used. If you're good, you will be able to find some sort of job at the end.
For an application for an internship, you must fill in the form below.
The job is at the interplay between business, AI tools, and digital marketing. Your day-to-day work will vary based on what your clients require during the week. Here is a detailed breakdown of what you'll be spending your time working on.
Outreach and prospecting. It is possible to utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Clay to create targeted prospect lists for certain segments. Think boutique fitness facilities in JLT and aesthetic clinics within Jumeirah, as well as real estate brokers within Business Bay. Learn how to recognise the decision makers, create messages that don't look as spam and record the responses to the CRM.
Automated AI and tools. This is where things get exciting. BMB utilises AI workflows to conduct prospect research, personalise content, and sequence outreach. Additionally, you will be exposed to our exclusive AI Assistant software (EVA AI), which manages leads and appointment scheduling through WhatsApp for customers in real estate and aesthetic clinics.
The program runs over 12 weeks. We've designed it in a way that you do not get thrown into the middle from day one, and you're not just watching others for one month. The pace increases quickly.
The first four weeks are focused on learning the business. Onboarding modules covering the AI prospecting workflows. You will work with the senior team members on current client accounts. At the second week's end, you'll be able to handle minor tasks like cleaning prospects CSVs, conducting domain lookups for competitors, and writing social media posts to be reviewed. At this stage, your tasks always undergo a final senior review first, but the results are truly yours.
It is the place where interns take a step forward or are left behind. There will be specific work streams under the supervision of a senior. It could be managing an LinkedIn outreach sequence to a new market we're trying to reach, or preparing a complete section of an audit for a client's site, or creating a prospect database of 400 records for a specific market we are looking to penetrate. You will receive weekly feedback. A portion of it will be blunt. The goal is to get faster and better.
In the final month, you will run an entire workstream from beginning to end. Also, you'll complete a capstone. Previous capstones include a complete plan to go to market for a brand new vertical, as well as a prospect pipeline design with templates for outreach, conversion tracking, and an extensive technical audit of a company's website and suggestions. The capstone is the portfolio piece. It's real work, not a class project.
We are asked this question frequently, and this is our truthful explanation.
Learning-based, you'll acquire the skills needed for AI, which aids in business development and analytics for paid media management, CRM, and professional client communications. These are abilities that can be transferred to any consultancy, digital marketing agency, or internal marketing team.
In the delivery aspect, your efforts are put into production. The prospect list you prepare and validate is used in an actual outreach campaign. The audit report you draft will be reviewed before being given to a client. The social posts you write might be published on the client's Instagram. We don't have an identical training program. The students learn through real work, and the work must be done to professional standards.
All items are reviewed before they can be delivered to the client. We will not send a draft that has not been vetted out of the gate. However, we expect that by week six, your initial drafts will require fewer adjustments than they did during week 2.
You receive a mentor directly from the top team. This is not a buddy system and not a Slack channel for groups. Someone who determines the priorities for you on Mondays, reviews your work on Friday, and is available to answer any queries in between.
You'll have two check-ins with the formal system each week. The first is to agree on the tasks that need to be completed, and the other is to evaluate what you did and to determine if you can improve it. In addition, the founder is actively involved in reviews of projects and team-based meetings. It's a small, flat team. If you have a question, you ask it. If you aren't sure and you want to clarify it, you tell us so beforehand. The most dangerous thing you could do is to remain silent and make a mistake three days afterwards.
We also conduct monthly sessions for skill development. Recent topics include advanced LinkedIn strategies for prospecting, deep dives into campaign optimisation, rapid engineering in business apps, and how to present audit results to clients without turning them off.
A few were enrolled in BMB full-time in business development and accounts management positions after they completed the course. Others leveraged the knowledge and portfolio to secure jobs in the digital agency industry, SaaS startups, and consulting companies in the UAE and around the world.
What they had in common was that they all left with a portfolio of work that they could display in interviews. Not just theoretical case studies from the textbook. Real-time campaign information, audit deliverables, and results of outreach from actual client engagements. This is the reason you get hired.
The guidelines for eligibility are easy:
Background isn't as important as the work ethic. Many of our top interns had non-marketing degree programs. What stood out was that they came to work well-prepared, asked the right questions, and increased their performance every week.
Three things to us:
If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you to a 30-minute video interview. Then, you will be asked to complete an hour-long practical test. It examines your ability to conduct research, focus on the details, and communicate clearly. It's not intended to fool you or test the knowledge you don't have.
We evaluate applications on a periodic basis, and we respond within five days. If you do not get selected, we will let you know. We do not ghost candidates.
DIFC has more than 6,900 registered businesses. It is at the heart of Dubai's economic ecosystem. Being here means that you're in the company of professionals and businesses that are taught in case studies.
At BMB, the work starts from day one. You will work with the same tools that our senior team uses. You'll be contributing to the same accounts for clients. You will also leave with an impressive portfolio of work that shows you can actually accomplish the task and not just mention it in an interview.
We are a small group, which means there's no room for hiding, and you don't have to be busy throughout your day. Every job has a reason. Every deliverable is important. If this seems like the type of work environment in which you can do your best work, then we would like to hear from you.
